We are excited to share our inspiring program with you and your guests! Now more than ever, we must lift the voices of older adults and highlight the challenges and opportunities they face in our communities. 

There’s no longer any limitation to how many guests from your network can attend! To ensure you and your guests get detailed instructions for joining the virtual luncheon, please complete this registration form. If you have more than 10 guests – great! Simply submit as many of these forms as you need in order to accommodate your guest list!

Please note that we will be using a 2 device system during the event.  We recommend viewing the event on one screen (computer, tablet, etc.) and using your cell phone for real-time participation. We appreciate your continued support!
