Joan Dingle, AGE+ contributor and support group moderator for our Ties That Bind initiative, is also an experienced grandparent who raised her grandchild. She spoke with Public News Service about how critical it is that these grandparents ensure the children they are raising are counted in the upcoming 2020 Census.
