This message is to inform you that applications will be available in the next few days, and will be accepted on March 15th at 1:00pm (please note that applications will not be accepted before 1:00pm).

To access applications

  • Application will be available on the AGE+ website shortly
  • Online at https://innermountainpm.com/rental_listings 
  • Pick up a paper copy at Inner Mountain’s office (145 SW 6th St, Redmond, OR 97756)
  • Pick up a paper copy at the Application Help Session in the Madras Senior Apartment Community Room early March located at 809 SW Madison Street in Madras (date to be announced shortly)

To submit applications on March 15th at 1:00pm, AGE+’s recommends you do ONE of the following options:

  1. Submit an application online via Inner Mountain’s website: https://innermountainpm.com/rental_listings
  2. Email a completed application to Inner Mountain’s email address: innermountainproperty@gmail.com
  3. Fax a completed application to Inner Mountain’s office: Fax 1-458-206-7490
  4. Drop off a completed application at Inner Mountain’s office on March 15th at 1pm: 145 SW 6th St, Redmond, OR 97756

While mailing your paper application to Inner Mountain’s office is an option, AGE+ does not recommend this due to the first-come-first-serve basis for applications received, and for mail security reasons. Applications will not be accepted at the property management office prior to March 15th at 1:00pm.

If you are unable to submit your application online or in-person on March 15th at 1:00pm, AGE+ recommends that you talk with a trusted person who can submit your application for you.

Watch your inbox for information about how to RSVP for an in-person Housing Application Help Session to be held early March with Spanish interpreting services available. The application will be available in English and Spanish.
