The Oregon State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) is being updated for 2025-2029. This plan guides public health efforts so every Oregonian can achieve their best possible health. To make sure it reflects real community needs, older voices must be heard! AGE+ is working with the Oregon Health Authority to ensure adults 60+ help shape Oregon’s health strategy.
